1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jya9 ("jya9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jya9 website located at https://jya9.cc, including all associated services, games, promotions, payment features, and support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of jya9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by jya9. These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the jya9 Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. jya9 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or redeem any bonus or promotion. If jya9 discovers that a user is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with jya9's responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jya9 Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. jya9 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any region at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

You are not eligible to use jya9 if any of the following apply:

• You are under the age of 21.
• You are currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with jya9 or any affiliated platform.
• You have previously had an account suspended or terminated by jya9 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You are an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jya9 or any of its licensed game providers.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of jya9 services, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on the jya9 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jya9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonus credits associated with them.

3.3 Account Verification

jya9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if jya9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jya9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jya9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jya9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods as listed in the cashier section of the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section and may be updated periodically.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically reflected in your jya9 account balance instantly upon successful completion of the payment. jya9 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jya9 accepts no liability. In the event of a failed deposit, you should contact both your payment provider and jya9 support before initiating a second transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful identity verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. jya9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jya9 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive accounts as specified in the Platform's cashier terms. You will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed at jya9's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jya9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will specify the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count towards the requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jya9 takes bonus integrity seriously. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or matched bets to complete wagering requirements artificially; and participating in coordinated play with other users to exploit promotional terms. jya9 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts found to be engaging in such activities.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

jya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and for which wagering has commenced will be honoured subject to the original promotion terms unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on jya9 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any bet. jya9 will not accept claims for bets placed in error after confirmation has been received. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed at the time of placing each wager.

6.2 Voided Bets

jya9 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: the bet was accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error; the outcome of the event was influenced by corruption, match-fixing, or any other integrity violation; the bet was placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement; or the bet violates any applicable rule set for that event or market.

6.3 Casino Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on jya9 are determined by certified random number generator software provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jya9 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any stake refunded at jya9's discretion.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on jya9, including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings, are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where amounts are displayed in other currencies for informational purposes, the BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction shall govern.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jya9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction in breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Accessing jya9 using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the normal operation of the jya9 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jya9 staff, support agents, or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of jya9. Unauthorised use of jya9 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

jya9's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jya9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

11 Privacy & Data

jya9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. jya9 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. jya9 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 12 Amendments to These Terms

jya9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jya9 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect Platform integrity. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. jya9 operates under a framework designed to provide a safe and reliable environment for Bangladeshi players. jya9 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction and it remains the player's sole responsibility to verify compliance with local laws prior to use of the Platform.
